  • Definitions

    • "Roll With It": The camera repair service provider.

    • "The Customer": The individual or entity requesting repair services.

    • "The Goods": Items submitted by the Customer for repair.

    1. Scope of Repair Work

    1.1 Roll With It has sole discretion to determine the method and scope of repairs, as well as the replacement parts used. Liability for replacement parts is limited as outlined in these terms.

    2. Delivery Estimates

    2.1 All timelines provided by Roll With It for repair completion are estimates only. Roll With It is not liable for any loss or compensation due to delays. Delays do not entitle the Customer to cancel the order.

    3. Estimates

    3.1 Roll With It will begin repairs only upon receipt of Customer acceptance and payment. Revised estimates may be provided if necessary.

    3.2 If a revised estimate is not accepted, Roll With It reserves the right to charge a handling fee, generally £10, and holds no liability for reassembly of equipment inspected for estimation purposes.

    3.3 A full refund will be issued if repairs cannot be completed, except where section 3.2 applies. Missed deadlines do not qualify for a refund.

    3.4 Roll With It is not obligated to honor previous cost estimates for future repairs or refund fees for declined estimates.

    3.5 If an estimate is not accepted within 90 days, Roll With It may dispose of the goods or impose a £30 + VAT storage fee.

    3.6 Once the Customer approves work, they agree to these Terms. Should work be approved but then cancelled, a technician-determined penalty may apply, except in certain re-quoted or exceptional cases.

    3.7 Written estimates are free of charge. Estimates are subject to revision if further damage is detected during repairs.

    3.8 Roll With It may retain text messages and emails for business records.

    4. Payment and Goods Dispatch

    4.1 Full payment is required upon repair completion or before ordering parts.

    4.2 Goods will only be dispatched upon payment unless the Customer holds a credit account with Roll With It.

    4.4 If payment is not received within 3 months of repair completion, Roll With It may sell the Goods to cover repair costs and associated expenses, retaining any remaining funds as deemed necessary.

    4.5 A storage fee of £5 per week applies to uncollected, paid-for goods after 90 days from repair completion.

    5. Company Liability

    5.1 Roll With It is liable for Goods until they are returned to the Customer. Goods will be insured based on their current secondhand value.

    5.2 Roll With It is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage or loss claimed from repairs. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to photographic materials, batteries, or other components sent for examination.

    5.3 Accessories left with the Goods are held at the Customer’s risk.

    6. Customer Liability

    6.1 The Customer warrants that the Goods are safe. Roll With It is indemnified against loss or damage caused by the breach of this warranty.

    6.2 If the Customer is not the owner of the Goods, they act as the owner’s agent, not Roll With It’s agent.

    7. Guarantee

    7.1 Goods are accepted based on their current secondhand value.

    7.2 Repairs are guaranteed against defects in parts and workmanship. Full repairs are guaranteed for 3 months. Partial repairs cover only the parts repaired, with validity contingent on the original invoice.

    7.3 The guarantee period begins upon Customer collection.

    Guarantee Scope

    7.2a Covers removable parts or assemblies if they were repaired, e.g., lenses, film backs.

    Guarantee Exclusions

    7.2b No guarantee without an original invoice.

    7.2c Guarantee period is not extended by delayed collection of goods.

    7.2d Damage caused by transport or third parties is excluded.

    7.2e Excludes certain parts, e.g., lamps and batteries, unless fitted by Roll With It and guaranteed by suppliers.

    7.2f Excludes repairs done free of charge.

    7.2g Claims must be submitted in writing within the guarantee period.

    7.2h Non-use does not extend the guarantee period.

    7.2i Roll With It is not liable for third-party repair costs.

    7.2j Roll With It may fulfil its obligations by refunding repair costs and returning Goods.

    8. Vouchers for Processing Paid Services

    8.1 Terms apply for process-paid vouchers for film. Lost, tampered, or damaged vouchers may be replaced at Roll With It's discretion.

    8.2 Unused vouchers do not qualify for refunds.

    8.3 Roll With It is not responsible for postal or third-party charges.

    8.4 Roll With It reserves the right to withdraw vouchers without affecting statutory rights.

    9. Variations

    11.1 Customer-specified conditions contravening these terms are void.

    11.2 Roll With It reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

    10. Governing Law

    12.1 These terms and any agreements with Roll With It are governed by English law.

    This agreement is between you and Roll With It when you place an order through www.rollwithit.co.uk. These General Conditions apply solely to Customers acting as consumers.

    Roll With It is not liable for information provided by third parties.

    The website and all its content are owned by Roll With It, including brand names, product names, designs, and other materials. These may not be copied or used without Roll With It’s prior written consent.

    Downloaded products are non-returnable and are not eligible for refunds once received.

    All products and services depend on availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to supply the ordered goods, any payments made will be refunded, though we are not liable for additional losses if supply issues arise due to factors beyond our control. We will inform you promptly if goods are out of stock.

    1.1 Online Order Processing

    Orders placed online are processed Monday through Friday though in exceptional circumstances orders placed online may be processed on Saturday or Sunday. Orders received on weekends or national holidays will generally be processed on the following business day. Orders received by 4 p.m. will be dispatched the next working day.

    2. Contracts and Orders

    By placing or completing an order, you accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

    Roll With It strives for accuracy on its website; however, all images, descriptions, and specifications serve to provide approximate representations of goods. We reserve the right to correct any errors, including those related to pricing, descriptions, or specifications, without prior notice. Prices and specifications may change without notice.

    3. Customer Information

    When creating a user account or placing an order, Customers will be required to provide certain personal details. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of this information. Please refer to Roll With It’s Privacy Policy for details on our data processing practices.

    4. Prices, Fees, and Payment

    All prices are in £, excluding payment and shipping fees, which are listed separately.

    Roll With It does not cover import taxes specific to your country.

    Roll With It will refund amounts paid for returned goods when applicable but is not liable for losses such as missed sales, profits, business disruptions, or reputational harm.

    While we ship internationally, import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the Customer's responsibility. If an international order is returned to us, we cannot refund any customs or duty charges.

    Once dispatched, Roll With It is not responsible for courier service delays. We always ship with delivery confirmation and do not offer untracked or uninsured shipping.

    5.Refund Policy

    Our refund policy lasts 14 days and applies only if the item is faulty or defective. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received. Your item must be returned within 28 days since you received your item.

    Situations where refunds/exchanges are not granted:

    Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons outside our control.

    Items returned more than 28 days after delivery.

    Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

    Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you have not received a refund, please check with your bank and credit card provider, as processing times can vary. Contact us at rollwithitcameras@gmail.com if the issue persists.

    Sale Items: Regular-priced items and some sale items are eligible for refunds; sale items that are non-refundable will be clearly identified within their descriptions.

    Return Shipping: The return address is available upon request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

    For all returns, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

    6. Warranty

    All cameras come with a 3-month warranty unless otherwise stated. The 3 month period begins on the delivery date as confirmed by tracking information.

    7. Links

    Roll With It does not assume responsibility for external links on the website.

    8. Force Majeure

    Roll With It is not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control.

    9. Changes to Our Terms

    Roll With It reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
